A group of us went to hadleigh castle with all our kids !!!!!! They had a good day!!!!! and guess what ......... Hurray we exchanged contracts today too!!!!!!!!

Went to Laindon nature reserve with my friend Nina , her 2 kids and her 2 dogs. We found the lake and I was very proud of Pippa she was in there swimming around like she'd been doing it forever!!!! Well done Pipp's

Kids Kingdom

Went to kids kingdom in southend on sea today with My friend Jan and Mattie ( Alex's best bud) David wanted to take his mate Callum, So off we went to jelly mountain.... The kids had a great time and were absolutely knackered!!!!!! Jan and I sat for 4 hours chatting and drinking coffee!!!! A good day !!!!!!

Adventure Island at Night

Took the boys to Adventure island tonight with my friend Gill , Jake & Skye. They had a great time, David is a bit of an adrenaline junkie!!!!! We finished the night with warm sugary donuts!!! All kids were Tired out!!!!

Bank Holiday Fun !!!

Took the boys on a bike ride today!!!!! Alex is doing really well, confidence is growing and he is getting quite brave, except when he got clever and took one hand off the handlebars and fell in a bush!!!!!

David wanted to earn some cash today , I said I would give him £5 if he hoovered and washed my car!!!! He did a good job on the hoovering, he was obviouly getting a bit bored, because I caught him dancing in the boot with the stereo blarring away!!!!!!!!! He didnt get round to washing it so he ended up with £2.50.

Thought I would have a go at making a flag book tonight, I was a bit worried about this one, I had a look at Ninas and it looked a bit complicated!!!!! Well here it is , just a few finishing touches, quite proud of myself for making this.....

and Matt's Book..... All Finished. What a relief, I'm really pleased with them all.... It came together nicely in the end....

Lunch at T's

Went to Teresa's for lunch today, Boys had a great time, I ended up leaving them with T for a couple of hours while I did my Tesco shopping!!! That was great!!! She gave them Dinner and brought them home at 7.30 what a result !!!!!

Shame Nina didnt make it, but glad you feeling better sweetie!!

School Uniform Shopping !!!!!

Took the boys to Rayleigh today to get the school uniforms and shoes etc....... They hate it and so do I , It was extremely painful , so we called at McDonalds on the way home... that cheered them up ......

Im off to Ninas tonight to finish my long book, Cara is coming too, Kev is coming over to see Matt to learn all about Web development!!! How exciting!!!

I forgive you Nina for throwing wine allover my lovely long book. We had a good night lots of chatting, Oh and I think Cara forgave you too........

Matt and Kev seemed to have a good night learning HTML..... or something like that!!!!

Long Book Addiction !!!!

Went on my 2nd Crop this eve, It was in Wickford, really enjoyed it , Started to make another long book, this one is called Bits of Black and White!!!!! Went with Nina and Cara, Cara was doing a long book also, looks really nice, Nina was doing a 12x12 which was lovely. Still got 2 other books to finish, keep starting things and not finishing them, and I have a million other projects floating around in my head.

Emotional Overload

Yesterday I sent my sister a link to Ringo, We have just got in contact again after 8years. We have been texting each other for a few weeks on and off, and I thought it would be a good idea to send her a link to my pics so she could see me and my family. Well she e-mailed me straight away and seemed really happy to have seen the pics, we have sent e-mails back and forth and we have even arranged to meet up next time I visit Sheffield. I feel a bit emotional about this its been a long time and I have never met my niece and nephew and they have never seen their cousins David and Alex. Its a bit scary when it involves the kids too. I think I will take it nice and slow, we have a lot to talk about and once we are established I think then the kids should be involved? I think we are making headway with the sale of the house, due to exchange contracts next..... its all quite stressful at the moment. Lucky for me I have some supportive friends who genuinely care. Its times like this when you know who your real friends are. I know its give and take on both sides of a friendship bit like a marriage really. I am quite disappointed with one of my friends, I know realise that you have givers and takers in this world.... Who's who? Feel a bit of a prat for being sucked in!!!!!!!!

Limo!!!!!!!!!!

The boys went to a birthday party today, in a LIMO !!!!! It was their friends birthday shes 6 yes 6years old!!!!! I ended up getting in their too after lots of "Oh Please Mum" We drove to Southend on Sea Mcdonalds , had lunch and then drove all the way back!!!!! The kids loved it , music was burring out, they were hanging out the window and woooooing everyone. I must say I had to reach for the paracetamol when I got back!!!!

Chucky Egg

The boys decided they wanted Drippy Eggs for breakfast this morning, Drippy Eggs?????? What are they? You know mum the eggs that are round and runny in the middle, Well when I was a lass we called them Chucky Eggs, after they had finished falling about laughing we decided we would call them drippy eggs from now on because chucky eggs isnt very cool!!!!!

Sooooo Tired *********

Matthew was so tired today........ We had a late night on Saturday, our friends Nina & Kev came round with the Elle and Callum for a Barbeque and drinks..... lots of drinks actually. It was a good night the kids all played nicely and much to our disbelief they were all going strong at 2.30am....... We are all a bit frazzled today, David and Alex hav'nt got the energy to argue with each other... its been a lovely day... Chilled Out.......

My 1st Crop

I have just done my 1st ever crop! It was great, I made this long book with help and instructions from the lovely Nina ( My scrapbook coach and good friend). I'm really pleased with it. I met lots of lovely ladies some of them were quite experienced and had lots of good advice and tips .I was in ore of some of their stash!!!!!!! Enjoyed it so much I've put my name down to go to the next 2 . We are hoping to make it a regular monthly meeting, we can all sit, scrap,and chat..... drink lots of coffee and chocy biscuits.
